Hi, I'm Maddy Horsley, a vocalist with over 15 years of vocal training and performance experience. Music has always been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I feel incredibly honored to share that passion by helping create meaningful moments for others.

My style is inspired by artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Olivia Dean, Taylor Swift, and Sara Bareilles, blending soft, emotional vocals with heartfelt storytelling. I love finding the unique emotions within each song and bringing them to life in a way that feels personal and authentic to every couple.

I perform a variety of genres including country, pop, indie, worship, and classic romantic favorites, and I am always happy to learn special requests to help make your celebration uniquely yours. Whether you're planning a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, proposal, engagement, or private event, my goal is to create an atmosphere that is beautiful, memorable, and full of genuine emotion.

I can perform with professional backing tracks or collaborate with live accompanists, offering a flexible experience tailored to your vision. It would be a privilege to be part of your special day and help provide the soundtrack to some of life's most cherished moments.

Sound & Audio
Audio Source: I perform using high-quality, professionally engineered backing tracks played from a mobile device/computer.

Microphone: I provide my own professional vocal microphone and stand.

Input/Patch Requirements: I require one available XLR or 1/4" input into the house sound system or DJ’s mixer to plug in my microphone, as well as an auxiliary input (3.5mm, Lightning, or USB-C) to patch in my backing tracks.

PA/Speaker System: The venue or client must provide a PA speaker system appropriate for the room size and guest count. (Note: If the venue does not have sound, I can coordinate with the hired wedding DJ to patch into their setup for a seamless transition).

Power Access
Outlets: Access to at least one standard, grounded AC power outlet (110V) within 15–20 feet of the performance area to keep devices charged and powered.

Staging & Lighting
Space/Footprint: As a solo performer, I require only a standard 5' x 5' space to stand, set my microphone stand, and place a small accessory table/stand for my audio playback device.

Staging: A raised stage is always a plus for guest visibility, but not required. A flat, solid, and level surface is perfectly sufficient.

Lighting: No specialized performance lighting is required. Standard venue ambient lighting or the existing event lighting design is completely adequate.

Logistics & Setup
Load-In & Soundcheck: I require access to the performance area 45 to 60 minutes prior to guest arrival for load-in, setup, and a brief audio levels check to ensure the perfect volume balance between my vocals and the tracks.
