Lychelle Ragland, formerly known as "Ms. Rich" on TikTok and in the Hampton Roads Community, is a dynamic preacher, teacher, worship leader, motivational speaker, and now a published author. She has made a lasting impact in both education and counseling, previously serving as a teacher and counselor within Norfolk Public Schools before transitioning to full-time ministry.

Lychelle is an alumna of Norfolk State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in History, and she holds a Master's degree in Human Service Counseling from Liberty University.
