We’ll discuss your event, audience, venue, timing, and the atmosphere you want. Together we’ll choose the entertainment mix and work it around your announcements and important moments. Final services, equipment, setup needs, availability, and pricing are confirmed in your quote. An inquiry does not reserve a date.
Luxe Galas brings hosting, games, and music together with one idea: give guests something to be part of. I’m Travis Meek, founder and host. Whether it’s a company party, fundraiser, community gathering, or private celebration, I help keep the event moving and make joining in feel easy. We can discuss emceeing, interactive games, SINGO music bingo, karaoke, and music to suit the occasion.
Setup needs depend on the entertainment selected and your venue. Before booking, we’ll confirm the available space, power access, sound and display arrangements, load-in access, and setup timing. Please tell us whether the event is indoors or outdoors and whether the venue has equipment you would like us to use. Final equipment and venue responsibilities are confirmed in your quote and booking details.
