Candace and her team at Lushed and Loaded were amazing! They were so sweet, professional, and were just a joy to work with. Leading up to my 60th birthday celebration, Candace always communicated quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She went out of her way to add thoughtful touches that were not even part of my original package. She ordered a custom bar menu, because she knew my family had recently suffered a loss and wanted to make the day extra special for me. Just so sweet.

On the day of the party, they arrived extra early to set up and made sure everything was ready before guests arrived. Our guests absolutely loved their drinks, especially the margaritas! They were hands down the best I’ve ever had. Everyone also really loved the pineapple bourbon smash they made.

What really stood out to me was how thoughtful Candace and her team were even after the event. They helped my family clean up and load a few heavy items into our car, something they didn’t have to do but did out of kindness. Candace is truly one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever hired, and I will absolutely be booking Lushed and Loaded for future events.

We were disappointed with our experience with Lushed + Loaded. The quality of service did not meet our expectations. We were strongly encouraged to have two bartenders, and we’d expect that this would make the cocktail hour service more efficient. Our guests provided feedback that the service was slow and alleged that the second bartender was being trained / was not making drinks.

Secondly, we provided our designed signage from Etsy however a few weeks before the wedding, we learned that they were going to design and print from another vendor. Needless to say, it looked like a poor DIY with ink running and mismatched text sizes.

We would not recommend the service for weddings.

We had an amazing party and Candace did such a great job! We had a large crowd with specialty cocktails and there was a solid line at the bar for most of the night! Candace was very professional and a real trooper taking care of our guests.
