In general we arrive about 90 minutes prior to opening for service, typically we bring bartender(usally up to 75 guests)2- 150 guests-3- so on!, Bar, Bar tools, Common drink mixes, fresh garnish, juices, soda assorted, water & lemonade self serve station, disposable cups, napkins, stirrers, ice, coolers.
