I am a true testament to what it takes to change your life. As a strong and capable woman, it was shocking to find myself in an abusive relationship. I am not the product of an abusive childhood, quite the opposite in fact, yet there I was in the thick of it. Now what? You decided to change. Only you can decide you want to make that big change in your life, no one can make it for you, and until you decide it; well, it won't stick. No one saved me from my abuser. I simply saved myself. I have written a book called "Finding Your Brave" which chronicles the journey and write an amazing blog about relationships, love, and what it takes to get what you want out of life.
