Lost n Sound

Singing duo Lost n Sound started with the purpose of creating inspiring and uplifting music that is both energetic and meaningful. With influences from across the African diaspora, from hip-hop to jazz, neo-soul and reggae, Lost n Sound weaves together a sound that stimulates thought and elevates the spirit. Donnae Ward-Laughinghouse, originally from the Bahamas, blends her vocal talents with, North Carolina’s own, Chris Macon’s guitar and vocal skills to create a sound that is both international and familiar. Lost n Sound has shared the stage with nationals acts such as poet Sunni Patterson and national recording artist Chrissette Michelle. Currently, they are working on new recordings to be released by later this year.
