November 8, 2023We had agreed on a price through GigSalad, in which all details of the event were listed including # of guest and location. A month before our event Loren reached out to us via email and requested over double the amount already paid to play at our event, going behind GigSalads back. She was then unresponsive when we tried getting more clarification on the drastic price increase when we had already confirmed and paid the entire amount agreed upon. She mentioned that there was a miscommunication on the information that GigSalad provided, but she would not provide any proof or confirmation that what she received was different from what we provided. Luckily we were able to cancel through GigSalad and get our full refund, however she showed no remorse after the fact. I highly recommend going a different direction when looking for a professional violinist if you're trying to avoid any stressful last minute changes.

A captivating performance, I am an entertainer, not just a violinist
I picked up violin when I was 9 years old. I fell in love with the instrument. (10 years in so far). In my earlier years, I was trained classically and played in orchestras. I have had opportunities like playing for the TMEA at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and, receiving Best Orchestra in the Spotlight Awards. I enjoyed Nashville State's Jazz Ensemble for 2 years. I have also ventured into other genres such as Pop, R&B, Country, etc. Now, I play a mix of Jazz and R&B, and other genres upon request.
I play violin simply because I love the instrument. I love how the it sounds, how if makes me feel, how it can move others, and I love sharing my joy with people. Violin is my home, I always feel at home when I play. I enjoy creating, whether that be drawing, painting, sewing, or playing violin. That’s what makes me, me. I just love it to do it, it makes me happy. So, being able to share that with others is
a gift. I haven’t put the violin down since the age of 9.
I've been featured alongside multiple Grammy-winning artists, Demola the Violinist, Belmont University's Rhose Studio Strings, and bandmates of BB King, Roy Orbison and Lil Milton. Also featured several times on Nashville News Channels 4 and 5.
