Unfortunately as the groom I was too busy to use their services as much as everyone else. But they knew what they were doing and put up with a terrible DJ that kept annoying them. I had many people come say how great they were.

On time, prepared, courteous to the guests, kept everything filled.

Our bartender was actually what we needed - flexible, nice, on time and so easy to work with! Localbeacon was quick to respond and asked the questions that let them be on time and ready for our event. Highly recommend!

The overall situation in the end was ok. The truth is if I could have fired his company and gotten my money back, I would have. The bottom line is that the bartenders were fantastic, great great guys from Indianapolis. They did a great job However- The communication leading up to the event doesn’t even merit one star. On numerous occasions, I asked to get a phone call or a FaceTime with the company/bartenders. I asked multiple times over the two months Prior to the event, and it was one excuse after another. Finally, the host asked me “what do yij need to talk about?”; and if that point I gave up. If I could’ve fired them that day, I would have. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. This with you would be a one star, but the bartenders hold it up to a three star review. I would never call this company back because whoever is running, the service has zero interest in you other than getting her money. To not take the time to give me five minutes on the phone and I’m paying hundreds of dollars, Again, totally unacceptable.

Bartender arrived at 7pm for party starting at 7pm. In hindsight, I should have requested they arrive a little bit early so I would not be worried. Very sweet and friendly bartender provided! I was a little surprised she was told to leave at 10pm when I was expecting 11pm. I should have clarified when I wanted last call to be ahead of time. All in all, though, I would recommend their services!
