What to expect

5-Phase Planning Approach
Phase 1: Initiation & Design Ideation
We begin by crafting a clear vision. During our initial meeting, we’ll create a vision board and discuss your style, inspirations, and initial ideas to establish the overall direction of your event.
Phase 2: Design Iteration 1
I will present three tailored concept designs and assist in selecting the ideal event date based on venue availability and budget. Each concept includes a high-level estimated budget. You’ll also receive vendor recommendations and availability, including:
• Photographers
• Caterers
• Dress boutiques
• Hair & makeup artists

Phase 3: Design Iteration 2
In this stage, we finalize the venue that best aligns with your event style. I manage every logistical detail to ensure a cohesive and unforgettable experience—guest transportation, seating arrangements, menu selection (buffet, food truck, or sit-down), entertainment (harps, pianists, or DJs), and more.
Phase 4: Implementation – Final Decisions (Iteration 3)*
Together, we confirm all remaining details and lock in final selections. Vendor contracts are reviewed and signed, deposits secured, and the date is officially booked.
*Please note: Any changes made after this phase may incur additional fees due to vendor agreements and deposit terms.
Phase 5: Wedding/Event Day Execution
On the big day, I ensure everything runs smoothly and on time. I coordinate with all vendors, manage setup and teardown, oversee the schedule, and ensure your guests are guided throughout the event. You can focus on enjoying your day while I handle the rest.

• Ongoing Planning Support: We’ll hold regular Zoom meetings at a cadence you’re comfortable with—up to 40 meetings over the course of a year if needed.
• Pricing: Varies based on event location, scope, and service level.
o Basic planning services start at $500.
o Comprehensive packages range from $1,800 to $10,000, depending on complexity and customization.
• Client Responsibilities: While I manage all planning and coordination, the couple is responsible for:
o Selecting Invitations
o Creating the guest list
o Collecting guest addresses
o Registering for gifts
o Social Media
o Signing contracts and making payments
