Bottles Stolen and Poor Resolution

I don’t recommend this company unless you want your alcohol bottles stolen.

I booked Lively Libations for my wedding. I was excited because they were able to accommodate for my budget and Felicia the manger was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, before the wedding, Felicia was injured so instead of her being the one to be the bar tender at our wedding, she sent another lady to take her place.

We had an agreement that my husband and I were to provide all the liquor and mixers, garnishes, ice etc. the only thing the bar tender was responsible for was mixing the drinks, providing the napkins and the menu.

With that said I had set up the table and gave her access to all the bottles of hard liquor. Near the end of her shift, my mom and a handful of my family members saw her putting not 1 not 2 but 6 brand new Casamigos bottles in her vehicle. My family assumed that she was putting her own liquor away in her car and didn’t mention it to me because they didn’t want to accuse the bar tender. It wasn’t until the next day my family informed me and I explained to my family that the bar tender was only contracted TO MIX DRINKS nothing else. She didn’t bring any bottles herself and those Casamigos bottles were something that my husband and I had bought ourselves.

I sent a message to the manager, but there was no solution offered.

I just hope that lady is proud of herself for ruining my experience in hiring a bar tender on my own wedding night. I’m

Felicia was the bartender for my 40th birthday party this past weekend and she was amazing! She had a pleasant and warm personality, everyone loved her. She was able to create my specialty drinks, everything was perfect. She will now be our go to for all of our parties.

What to expect

Lively Libations staff will arrive promptly and dressed according to clients request. We will provide all bar utensils including wine keys, bottle openers, shakers, lighters, utility trays, bar towels, garnish trays, and other equipment as specified by client. We can assist you in stocking the bar/beverage station for your special event. We will set up the bar and beverage areas according to space of venue and client's request. We will be ready to serve at the start time of your event. We will adhere to all state liquor regulations and will inspect for proper identification of drinkers. We will maintain a professional demeanor for the duration of the event. Our staff will provide quick, efficient and friendly service. We will stay and clean up our bar/beverage station after event, and will remove garbage and debris from venue. We will leave venue as we arrived. We will provide enough staff for a seamless and smooth event. Our goal is for you and your guests to have fun!

About

I am the owner/founder of Lively Libations, a Special Event Bar-tending & Banquet Service. I am ABC certified, and have over 15 years of experience in bar-tending, banquet serving, event planning, menu design, floor management, and marketing. I am professional, energetic and reliable. I can accommodate any event from a private back yard party to a black tie event, including theme parties or holiday events. I have extensive restaurant and catering affiliates to help you coordinate the Special Event. I can assist in one day or special liquor permit applications and paperwork. It is my pleasure to coordinate with your host to define a special drink menu to represent your tastes, creativity & individualism. I am trained in classical bar-tending, and also have experience in trend drink services. My goal is to make your party a success and to make your guests feel at ease and comfortable. I spend my free time attending many events and fund-raisers as a guest, so I try to always treat others as I would like to be treated at an event. I have extensive training and supervisory skills, and I am available to assist and train your staff if necessary. I value cleanliness and organization. My prices are fair and competitive and have excellent references. I look forward to seamlessly creating an excellent event for you.
