I am a former teacher, Appalachian Trail Thru-hiker, Business Owner, and Author. I am married with two college-aged children. I've learned how to communicate with younger generations and understand the fears they face in life, the confusion of college, and what is expected of them at school and beyond. Many students and young professionals are doing what they've been expected to do, without considering who they are themselves and what truly drives them. Many also suffer from Analysis Paralysis and fear they don't have all the answers to their life. I help them find ways to connect with themselves and know who they are, so they can make those choices that will help them align their future with their goals. I help them see that reinventing themselves is necessary as they get older — it's not about changing, but rather readjusting their course so they can lead a fulfilling life for themselves.
