Depending on the type of event/party you are having will determine my set and the gear I bring. A small living room crowd and it would be just me and my acoustic guitar. A backyard party would mean bringing some amplification. Larger parties or longer sets would mean PA and even a support artist (bass, lead guitar or percussionist). My sets range from 30-75 minutes depending on what you're wanting. I can perform for just a general party/gathering but I prefer when it is themed or focused such as: Girls Night Out (or IN if its a house party), Passion Parties, Divorce Parties and even Swinger's Parties.

In 2004 I wrote my first "fun" song called "Do You Like to Talk Dirty"? It was a really, really cheesy song but I played it at a bar and grill's Open Mic and it went over very well, in fact, several people were hollering for more......except, I didn't have any more! Since performing didn't fit my home life, I retreated into my music closet and wrote, wrote, wrote, often forcing my teenagers to listen and give me a thumbs up or thumbs down. Then in 2013, I found my self in a new city, just me and my dogs and my guitar. That's when I decided to hit some open mics and see what would happen. Low and behold, I learned that people enjoy hearing something different and more importantly I learned how much people want to laugh!

Over the years I've come to understand the value of being able to laugh at life's curveballs, the dirty little thoughts we have and our aging bodies. I love it when people get excited because I'm singing about "their life" or I'm singing about the things they only wish they could say! And, I've found that sometimes its good to embrace the "I don't give a damn what anybody else thinks" attitude!
