With years of experience performing on international stages and collaborating with world-class musicians, I bring both artistry and reliability to every event. From the first conversation to the final note, I strive to make the planning process seamless and ensure every performance is memorable for audiences of all backgrounds.

Lina Malshy is an award-winning composer, violinist, and music director whose performances blend the rich traditions of Arabic music with cinematic artistry. A Berklee College of Music Film Scoring graduate, Lina brings world-class musicianship and a unique cross-cultural sound to concerts, festivals, private events, cultural programs, and educational performances.

As a violinist specializing in Arabic and Middle Eastern music, Lina has performed internationally, including at the United Nations alongside Grammy-winning artists Naseem Al Atrash and Eugene Friesen. Her playing can also be heard on the soundtrack for Ubisoft's *Assassin's Creed Mirage*. She currently serves as Principal Violinist and Executive Director of the Alwani Middle Eastern Orchestra, where she also premieres her original concert works.

Beyond the stage, Lina is an accomplished film and media composer whose scores have been featured in award-winning films and documentaries. She has worked as a composer, orchestrator, and music director on numerous productions and has collaborated with leading composers and recording ensembles throughout her career.

Performance Length:
Flexible performance lengths are available, including ceremony music, cocktail hour, receptions, concerts, and multi-set events. Custom packages can be arranged to fit your event.

Sound Requirements:

* Solo acoustic performances require a quiet setting for best results.
* For larger venues or outdoor events, amplification is recommended.
* If a sound system is not provided, please let me know in advance so we can discuss audio needs.

Space Requirements:
A clean, level performance area with enough room for me and music stands is appreciated. Seating without arms is preferred for longer performances.

Repertoire:
My repertoire spans a wide range of musical styles and can be customized to suit the atmosphere of your event.

Travel:
Available for local and destination events. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
