To ensure a seamless and engaging experience, please review the following technical requirements and preferences for my speaking and training sessions:

Audio & Sound
- A wireless lapel mic or headset microphone is preferred for optimal mobility and clarity (handheld mic acceptable if needed).
- Access to in-house sound system for larger rooms/audiences.
- For virtual or hybrid events, please provide platform login info (Zoom, Teams, etc.) at least 48 hours in advance.

Visuals & Projection
- Projector and screen or large TV/monitor for PowerPoint presentations (HDMI input preferred).
- A clicker/remote to advance slides (optional but appreciated).
- Please allow time for a quick tech check before the session begins.

Lighting
- Well-lit stage or speaking area is essential, especially for photos or video recording.
- For breakout sessions or workshops, ambient lighting that supports note-taking and group interaction is ideal.

Staging & Room Setup
For workshops, round table seating or U-shape classroom setup is preferred for interaction.
A small table or podium for notes/materials is helpful.
