Lena can provide classical music for your wedding service, light music for your cocktail party, great wine bar or upbeat patio afternoon music or dark sultry blues and soul for your enjoyment.
Lena K sings a great mix of covers and originals and tends to favor keyboard-heavy bluesy jazz, blue-eyed soul, pop, rock, oldies.
She's a quick study and can learn / sing/ play specific songs for your event (say, wedding) if you have them and can cover classic processional music if that's what you want as well.
Lena K's versatile and expressive voice provides a fresh take on familiar songs and a breath of fresh air with her well-received originals.
Lena K has a great group of musician friends that she can bring in to join her as well, if you want a little extra, with guitar, harmonies, drums, bass, or sax.
Lena K has loved to sing ever since she can remember, and started piano lessons at the age of 5. She is a classically trained pianist, vocalist, and percussionist (tympani was her favorite, then xylophone!)
She has played with numerous groups, from symphonic bands and orchestras, large and select small-group choirs, starred in community musical theater, participated in international amateur classical piano competitions, played and sang in numerous local rock bands and performed as a soloist in many different venues for a variety of purposes.
Lena K has been primarily focused on writing, composing, singing and playing keys as a solo artist or with smaller groups these past couple of years. She loves to perform meaningful, soulful, beautiful songs.
