Learning to Lead

I've attended a number of events that Mr. Leslie has lead and found myself (and others) completely engaged in the topics at hand thanks to his humor and charisma! Rit's style of humor is fun enough to relax the audience but also "serious" enough to get the point across and make it stick. Whether he's training on products or coaching on sales or public speaking techniques, he finds ways to connect with any size audience and leave them wanting more.

Rit is a high energy great presenter. I have seen Rit present in extremely large groups and events. Rit has the ability to engage the crowd and keep the crowd attentive for long periods of time!

I've had the privilege of observing several training and speaking engagements led by Richard Leslie (AKA, Rit). One that stands out to me is his presentation on True North Leadership. He was enthusiastic, animated, and full of energy. His use of space, visual aids, and voice inflection, draws you in. He's a subject matter expert at Tell, Show, and Do. His message is always very clear, and he effectively inspires change in his delivery.

Working with Rit on any training content was always a pleasure. He brought fresh and realistic ideas on a consistent basis. Even taking the training material to an audience was no problem for Rit. His passion showed on all aspects of training.

I have witnessed Rit speak in multiple different capacities. From addressing an entry level sales team, speaking with everyone in the organization, and all the way to presenting at the executive level. In each opportunity, Rit was able to capture the attention of his audience, engage with them, and never let it go! I strongly encourage anyone, at any capacity, to allow Rit the opportunity to speak. The impact that he has made on lives and careers is priceless.
