Yewande graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
She is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has coached and certified hundreds of individuals in closing over 100+ Lean Six Sigma Operational improvement projects. She has received numerous business leadership awards.
Yewande became a C-Suite Executive, has led large teams of over 300 senior professionals and almost $1Billion in Revenue. While working in Corporate America, she discovered her purpose of helping people move into their purpose and since dedicated her time, resources, and energy to fulfilling that call.
Today, Yewande pursues her purpose by working on Women of Kairos, Inc. a non-profit organization that she founded and is now leading as CEO. This allows me to make an even greater impact in helping women move into their purpose. She is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach and Teacher.
