My name is Joshua Layne. I am a piano instructor, composer, and performer. I have played for well over 30 weddings, Christmas get-togethers, alumni celebrations and reunions, graduations, funerals, private parties, performed for the Governor Sundquist and numerous church services. I also can perform an evening of music for a church concerning Christmas or Easter. The "evening of music" has had great reviews and it is so much fun! It is true I am a classically trained pianist but I also can play other genres or create something just for you and your occasion. My name is Joshua Layne. For most of my life I have been a piano instructor, composer, and performer. I have played for well over 30 weddings, numerous funerals,private parties. I have studied with instructors from all over the US and the World. I offer a number of genres and a quite extensive Repertoire. My focus is to make your occasion wonderful. How I do that is I will first LISTEN to you and hear what you would want at your occasion. You would have a free no cost orientation to meet with me and to see what I have to offer. I will play examples of what I can offer and take any suggestions for other materials you may want. If I am swamped by other appointments I have a number of colleagues and students of my own in this area that will be more than will hopefully be able to assist you.
