Of all the sagas we undertook when planning a wedding, finding the correct band was the hardest. But, once we found Lawrence Trailer, everything was a breeze. So many bands will sounds worse in person than on their careful selected demo reels, but in this case, he only sounded better in person. So good in fact, that when we went to see him play on a random winter, rainy Thursday night at some bar in NYC, by the middle of the night, everyone was singing along and having the time of their lives.

He’ll tell you about his 2000 song repertoire, and ability to energize the crowd, and how talented everyone else in the band is, this is all true. But what is harder to recognize is their ability to consistently play the best possible song at the best possible time for multiple hours. We went front dancing like mad, to slow and tender, to a giant circle of friends and family singing show tunes, all seamlessly and all exactly what the moment called for.

After our wedding, nearly everyone (and we mean **everyone** - friends, family (including my spouse’s father who works in classical music and likes very few bands), our photographer, the hipster venue coordinator who has worked for 15 years in event planning, and a shocking number of venue staff) all said it was the highlight of the night and that they had never heard a wedding band this good.

I cannot recommend this bad enough. If you are going to splurge on anything, let it be this. And, either way, go see him play live. It’s crazy that any band can be this good.

We used Trailer Entertainment for our wedding band and they were AMAZING! Lawrence is a master musician and MC, a true class act from early stage coordination calls through wedding day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a killer band!

Lawrence Trailer and the whole band absolutely stole the show on our wedding day. It’s been a few weeks since our wedding and people are still messaging us about their performance and how it felt like being at a live concert. They did a flawless job MC’ing the whole night, brought our vision to life for Strings playing Oasis for the ceremony, and kept the entire party on the dance floor for the entire reception. Would recommend them to anybody.

Lawrence was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The energy, song selection, and way he kept the dance floor packed exceeded anything we hoped for. Multiple guests told us it was the best wedding music they’d heard and asked for his info. He was professional, easy to work with, and clearly invested in making the night feel like our night.
