If I could give zero I would

He had a tragic event in his life. Which I understand, but the professional option would be to replace yourself. Not to leave the customer who had paid a deposit with a cancellation. I own a business and I could not leave a customer without options. Nothing was provided for my event I was disappointed with the service and would not recommend this process.
