Lauriane Morel is a dynamic and versatile musician, blending the deep groove of the upright bass with the warmth of her voice. A McGill University-trained jazz performer, she has played with numerous ensembles and at a wide variety of events. With a deep love for jazz and popular music, she enjoys blending genres and putting her own spin on familiar songs. Also a singer-songwriter who performs in French, Lauriane has released two EPs and is currently working on her next full-length album.

Performance Requirements:
-Access to a power outlet (for amplification)
-1 armless chairs or stools (for guitarist)
-A flat, covered space is required for the performance (the exact size needed depends on the number of musicians)
-Adequate lighting if the event is in the evening or outdoors
-Parking or loading access close to the performance area

We provide our own:
-Instruments and basic sound equipment (amplifier, small PA system for vocals)
-Extension cords and cables as needed

Optional:
-For larger venues or events with over 250 guests, access to a house PA system or a professional sound technician may be appreciated, but not required.
