She combines her nerd science side with her flipping off the bird side as she gives you stress coping tips for your mental health, and she keeps you laughing while you are learning.

Janice Bannister is a stand-up comic, storyteller and a show producer. And as a former Psychiatric Nurse. she specializes in Laughter Wellness.

She has worked the comedy club circuit for twenty plus years, and has produced over 978 showcases for comedy clubs, fundraisers, and corporate events. She runs a stand-up comedy school called Laughter Zone 101 and teaches stand-up comedy at the House of Comedy BC and for SFU continuing studies. She also teaches Brain Fitness for the Arts at SFU.
