Laticia R. Little, M. Msc. is a spiritual teacher, motivational speaker, author, coach and podcast host with a passion for helping leaders lead with purpose and authenticity.
She is the founder of Spirit Led Life Community, a non-profit, online community focused on transforming lives and elevating the consciousness of humanity. At Spirit Led Life, she teaches courses on spirituality, meditation practices and healing. She also coaches individuals and groups.
She has written 4 books, 2 of which are currently available on Amazon (Life Lessons from the Bible Vol 1&2).
Laticia currently works for the Federal Government where she specializes in program management, marketing, leadership development, conflict management, coaching and mentoring. She is a master facilitator, mediator and Lean Six Sigma. As a conflict coach she has helped teams in disruption overcome conflicts, resolves disputes, and truly become high performing teams.
Laticia holds a master’s degree in Metaphysics and is currently working on her Doctorate in Divinity through the University of Sedona. She holds an advanced Coaching certificate from Coach U, and an advanced Certificate in Civil Mediation. Additionally, she has a B.S. in Communications from Middle Georgia State University and has completed 48 hours of coursework towards an MBA in Marketing Management.
