Ms. Sullivan's presentation to our staff was stimulating and thought-provoking. The illustrations that she utilized was motivating in that we could use it as a "mirror" to look at ourselves, individually and professionally and that as we interact with our personal families and those families within the community that we serve, we must understand that as individuals/professionals, we must be consciously aware that there are different personalities, however, we must have a commonality to help others and to grow from each other's strength and challenges.
