Dr. Lawrence Sidbury, Jr. is a former NFL player turned healthcare leader, with a background in computer science, business, and mental health. A University of Richmond alum and FCS National Champion, he played seven NFL seasons before earning an MBA and Doctorate in Healthcare Administration. Now pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, he founded Meridien Wellness and the Zero Limitations Foundation. A committed community advocate, he partners with Big Brothers Big Sisters and speaks on resilience, change management, wellness, leadership, and personal growth, offering powerful insights from athletics to mental health.
