The Contractee will provide technical services, including, but not limited to, an LCD Projector with sound and the ability to play QuickTime videos, a wireless remote to advance PowerPoint presentations, a screen, a confidence monitor, and a wireless lapel microphone or wireless headset microphone.

Larry requests that a confidence monitor be placed at the front of the stage or somewhere easily visible from the stage. He does not use a podium, so neither a stationary microphone nor a handheld microphone are suitable. If a confidence monitor is not provided, a small stand or table would be required at the front of the stage where Larry can place his laptop, along with the ability to connect his laptop to the live presentation so he can view his PowerPoint in Presenter’s mode.
