What to expect

Its not just the years of experience, the vast repertoire, and how well dressed for a gig one is BUT how one makes the audience feel -GREAT! (no matter how small). We fully understand that being professional in the music industry encompasses everything, i.e.; great/varied music selection according to each event, energetic and charismatic band, great positive attitude, Professional and proper demeanor, etc.
You can expect:
- Confirmation of all details of your event prior to event date.
- We set up early and start on time. ALWAYS!
- Sound check is completed before your guests arrive.
- 100% Proper, well mannered and with class.
- Properly dressed for the Occassion i.e.; Formal, Elegant, Dressed to impress, Casual, etc.
- Music from Pandora during our breaks (when performing more than 1 set) (if you Internet is provided). We do this so your crowd is not music-less for those 15 minutes break time.
- We bring all our Instruments in perfect working order and bring our own Backline (sound, speakers, amps, electric cords, microphones, etc.)
- Our music is performed live and not from tacks since we are all seasoned musicians.
- We will guarantee to perform in the music genre you choose -as long as it falls under these generes: Jazz (Straight, smooth), Latin Jazz, Easy Listening, oldies pop songs (known by the artists) and Latin/Tropical.
- We dismount and load out leaving the premises in an orderly fashion.
- We make sure that we perform in such a professional manner, that we promise your guests will not be disappointed!
I can Perform as a SOLO act, DUO, TRIO, QUARTET or QUINTET depending on the size of the venue and/or budget.

About

A Berklee College of Music in Boston Graduate with studies in arranging and composition and piano performance.
For over 35 years, Lannie has worked only in music as a Performer, Producer, and has been involved in over 70 album productions including the likes of Kenny Passarelli, bassist for Elton John and produced for the record label in Los Angeles: Acid Jazz Records and his own Music production company for the past 20 years.
Lannie developed a unique eclectic style which is considered by the most acclaimed critics as a "crowd pleaser"or as one critic said of his latest Jazz Album just released in May 19, 2019, [Moving On] ... music that slides down easy like a cool drink on a warm day." - George Harris of Jazz Weekly.
Throughout the years, he has performed at many festivals and concerts and private events
In the 35 years dedicated to his music, he has won numerous recognitions, certificates and awards for his song-writing abilities as well as a pianist/keyboardist.

He has toured with many iconic artists such as Latin Pop and multiple Platinum record Artist, Olga Tañon, in which Lannie was her keyboardist during the time the album won a Grammy and Latin Grammy ["Olga Viva, Viva Olga" album] - recorded live at the "House of Blues" as Orlando, Florida.
At present, Lannie has headquartered his business in the Tampa Bay area , [Hands In Motion Music Production and Hands in Motion School of Music].

Lannie produced his first CD album, "Hands In Motion- Latin Jazz," which was released in 2009 and
sold thousands of copies. It was in the top 100 hits at over 33 Jazz radio stations across the nation, Latin America, Japan, Canada and others. His second CD album, "En la Cima" (At the Top) was released in April 2011. His third Latin Jazz album, "Nomenclatura", was released in May 2014 and his most recent , "Moving On" Jazz Album released worldwide in May, 17, 2019 through his own Indie Label, Hands in
Motion Music. You can listen to all of Lannie's albums on Pandora and Spotify or your preferred music platform. You can find Lannie Battistini on google.
