The singer/songwriter/rapper has performed on Vh1, BET, and the music video for her single Fibrillate was put in rotation on MTVU. Celebrity vocal coach Ankh Ra Amenhetep said that the songstress has: "Vocals that can go through you like a hot knife goes through butter."

When you book LaJune you can expect an awesome band jamming with a powerhouse vocalist. Whether you want a chill laid back performance to set the ambiance for your event, a high energy fun performance that will make your party goers want to get up on their feet, or a bit of both, LaJune will be perfect for you!
You can always expect a high level of musicianship as well as a professional and positive attitude at all times during your event.
LaJune and/or team will talk to you leading up to your event to get song and/or genre requests and can provide a set list in advance at your request. LaJune can organically perform Top 40, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Standards, (classic) Reggae, and Indie Rock.
Our standard band includes lead vocalist, bkgd vocals, drums, keyboard, bass, and guitar. Acoustic sets with LaJune and Guitarist, or sing to track options are also available for smaller budgets/rooms not equipped for full band.
Appropriate material for parties of all ages!
Free CD's or download cards of LaJune's Body EP available for guests at the event.
EXTRAS:
Horn and string sections can be added to the band for an additional fee.

Poughkeepsie native LaJune Grant has spent the past ten years pursuing her passion of music. With ambitions of becoming a rapper, singer and songwriter, LaJune learned early on that she would need to relocate to the center of the music industry in order to fully pursue her dreams. She moved to Brooklyn and finished her college degree and honed her skills as a rapper. Her first opportunity to test her talent came from BET’s “106 & Park.” After seven weeks of victorious rap battles, LaJune was the first female to be inducted into BET’s “106 & Park” Freestyle Friday Competition. Since that first big break, LaJune has opened up for R&B sensations Case and Joe at the Lehman Center Concert Hall and Grammy award-winning Crissette Michelle for a hurricane Sandy fundraising event “Give Back and Get Down.” She has also had the opportunity to perform all over New York City at various venues including the world famous Apollo Theater.
LaJune’s musical performances can be seen on VH1’s Emmy award-winning morning show “Big Morning Buzz Live” and the video for her single “Fibrillate” was selected for MTVU’s freshman competition and played on the channel in December of 2013.
LaJune’s vocal talent is also featured in a pilot for a new show that is being created for VH1. Her EP “Body” is an eclectic mix of genres available now on iTunes, Amazon and other outlets online!
