Affectionately called “LadyShay,” being chosen, deputized and authorized for duty by the Holy Spirit; This young lady is indeed a miracle and blessing because her parents could not have any children. International. LadyShay was born and reared in church and taught by her mother to sing at
the age four. At that age her parents instilled in her the true Love of God; and His Godly
Principles taught her how to believe, achieve, and understand His Will for her life,
Proclaiming that the promises of God are Guaranteed, and His Will does not come
automatically. Coming from a family of gifted and talented children, as she grew older,
she matured with an insatiable appetite for using her voice and God•Given talents tominister to the needs of His people. Answering the call of God and exchanging her will for His Will, she became a true worshipper captivated into Presence and destined for His
greatness. Understanding that True•Worship is a LIFE•STYLE and nothing practiced or
rehearsed. Committing and submitting the body, mind, and soul to the Heavenly Father
allowing His Holy Spirit to lead and the flesh die daily. She understands that it goes far
beyond the church, home, and stage. It's a real and effective Life Style!!! LS Ministries is a
traveling song and prophetic ministry, which many people have been changed, delivered
and set free. This ministry was birthed from overcoming obstacles: conquering diverse
challenges, experiencing the power of God and deliverance in near death situations,
receiving renewed life, true victory & direction. Prophetically foreseen, inspired and
encouraged by her grandmother, the late Prophetess Evelyn Mitchell, Being
mentored by her pastor mother, Dr. Bea; Lady Shay has gleaned this great anointing and
God has empowered & equipped her for such a time as this. He has released upon her a
prophetic anointing and gifts that change and transform the lives through only the power of
the Holy Spirit. She ministers in song & word with evidence of supernatural God given
power. She writes, produces & sings her own music; inspired from the Holy Spirit. A
recording artist whose goal is to impact the world and leave a trail preaching and singing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In addition, LadyShay is a Licensed Beauty Professional, Board Certified National Chaplain,
a dynamic motivator, highly favored anointed singer and preacher of the Word. She has
ministered in Conferences, Seminars, Funerals, Revivals, and Concerts featuring; Vickie
Winans, The Clark Sisters, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Shirley Ceasar, Congressman E. Clay Shaw, Dr. Wayne Barton, Dorothy Norwood, Gospel Stage Plays, Williams Brothers, The Bobby Jones Show And W.R.X.Y TV (CTN) :Christian Network Live ministering in songs & Interviews. She travels extensively ministering in song, preaching,and delivering the spoken word for God's promises to claim, without shame, or fame, only lifting His name, reaching the unreachable & hopeless. Having written and produced her first & second CD albums; “It's Guaranteed” & “Confidence.” She is an upcoming author and currently working on multiple projects.
Lady Shay is a loving and supportive wife to Minister Q Dickens and a passionate mother to
Princess-Jah’Zari. Queen-Esther & Prince Zebulun. Her siblings are namely; Pastor Ernest
Jr.(Victoria) Ministers of Music Kamalis, Lambriel and Kambriel Gonder, Raquisha
Jordan•(Deceased 2012) & Kantera Jordan. As she ushers God's people into His presence,
lives are indeed transformed, impacted, encouraged, & enriched. We trust by hearing
