With more than 2800 international performances over the last 20 years, we're known for our polished musicianship, engaging stage presence, and elegant, jazz-infused reinterpretations of pop classics. Our 300-song repertoire blends jazz, blues, funk, country, classic rock, and hip hop, with singalong favourites.
We divide our year between Ottawa and Dubai, where we were recently named Best Live Wedding Entertainment & Band 2026 (Middle East) by LUXlife Magazine.

We met in 2006 and over the last two decades we've played more than 2800 world-class shows for a wide variety of audiences and a long list of discerning clients. For the first decade, our high-energy Top 40 songs packed dancefloors at pubs and nightclubs across Asia and the GCC. Now, we continue to gig full-time, bringing joyful, jazzy vibes and funky elegance to events and upscale venues.
Our sound is passionate and polished, and our onstage presentation is captivating and engaging. We are partners in life as well as music, and we divide our year between Ottawa and Dubai, where we perform at weddings, corporate galas, luxury brand events, and hold residencies at some of the most chic venues in town.

We take pride in creating a full band sound without using back tracks: Janelle provides lead vocals, and is supported by Felix on guitar and vocals, looping additional guitar and bass parts and using a drum machine in order to achieve a full band sound in a very compact format.
We have a 300-song repertoire, though we are best known for our rearrangements of jazz tunes and Top 40 classics. We draw on our favourite genres to create our own unique blend, always keeping the music elegant, upbeat, and funky:

We are the perfect blend of experience and excellence: a jazz cover band for music that sets the tone, holds the room, and makes evenings unforgettable.
Our commitment to excellence takes every event from impressive to unforgettable.
We need a performance space of at least 2m wide and 1m deep with power supplies on each corner of the stage. We require 1 parking space and a green room that locks with a clothing rack, full-length mirror, and two chairs. We require bottled drinking water before and during the performance.
On gigs where the PA and backline are provided, we need a maximum of 30 minutes to set up our instruments and then approximately 60 minutes for soundcheck.
We are happy to play outside in temperatures up to 35C. No matter the temperature, we require shade during the daytime, and a dry, flat level surface.
We can provide background music before and between our sets that is in keeping with our general style and the mood we create.

We love the Ella Fitzgerald songbook: there are so many songs in it that people recognize (all over the world), and not only is she a legendary vocalist, but her ability to inject FUN into her singing is an inspiration! We also try to connect with our audiences by keeping the musicality high, but try to bring joy and lightheartedness to what we do.
