A publicist by trade and an executive producer by passion, LaDàna creates integrated strategies to promote brand evolution and media endorsement. Her strong and persuasive interpersonal skills serve her well in her role as the Founder/CEO at Above Prestige Public Relations, LLC. She is a resourceful leader adept at implementing high-profile and image-based marketing programs within the consumer lifestyle industry: both public and private.

She has secured much needed press exposure for the D.C. based nonprofit, Rebuild Dominica Inc., author clients (Anyé Young and Michael Floissac), and the Concert for Ebola Relief at The Fillmore Silver Spring, which was a benefit concert featured by WJLA’s TV station (ABC News 7, Washington, DC). Proceeds generated from this concert benefited Doctors Without Borders and the International Medical Corps and were used to treat West Africans affected by the deadly Ebola virus.

LaDàna also provides invaluable service for the Embassy of The Commonwealth of Dominica to a wide cross section of the Washington, DC; Delaware, Virginia and Maryland areas. This included hosting an introduction of her island’s national costume for the (link hidden) Dominican Embassy Tour at the private residence of the Honorable Ambassador Hubert J. Charles. Her international public relations firm, Above Prestige Public Relations LLC, was a featured sponsor for the Kitchen Cray Website Launch Party. LaDàna was the Red Carpet Host for this event, where celebs and notable public figures, such as Tony Lewis Jr., attended in support of celebrity chef, JR Robinson.

LaDàna's resume includes coordinating social media, website content, user experience design, press materials, photography, talking points, press junkets, event coordination, media relations and talent management in support of Caribbean Cargo DC, The Law Offices of Gabriel Christian & Associates, "Teen Guide to Living With Incarcerated Parents" by Anyé Young, The Louis Diène Faye Foundation, (link hidden), (link hidden), Destiny Shaper, "Thank You! She served as the Publicist and Sponsorship Executive for The Curves Ahead Project from May 2013 to May 2014. LaDàna also is well-versed in the realm of celebrity events. She was the spearhead for public relations, marketing, and promotion for VIP Gifting Lounge for celebrity LisaRaye McCoy’s 3rd Annual Back 2 Business Mix Down. This was an international networking event held during Memorial Day Weekend in the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas and St. John).

An outgoing personality and a philanthropist, LaDàna makes it a point to be an asset to her community and demonstrate her love for her Dominica.
