I've been performing professionally for over 15 years, and have clocked over a 1,000 live performances in that time. I've had the chance to travel all over the country playing my music in traditional venues as well as radio and television stations, colleges, festivals, sporting events, restaurants, private and corporate events. I've released two full length albums and three EPs, and I've also written songs for other artists.
I am available for anything from a solo to a full band experience, songwriting workshops, or studio vocal work.

April 1, 2014Lacy Green and her band have performed at Foothills Brewing twice now and we can't wait to have them back. Lacy is a consummate professional-- but she's also extremely charismatic both onstage and off, and a genuine pleasure to work with.
Anyone who has performed a show here or seen live music here knows that it's not the easiest space to play, but she does a tremendous job of working with our acoustics and making the room sound like it was designed for live music.
She has a wide repertoire and a very intuitive sense of how to appeal to whatever crowd happens to be in the building, even people who might tell you they hate country music. It doesn't hurt that she has an outstanding voice and an irresistible stage presence.
I can't recommend her highly enough, and I really look forward to having her play here again.

She is creative, soulful, and completely wonderful to work with. She has innovative ideas for musical variations, and she very accommodating with special requests. She exceeded expectations at our wedding celebration, and it is always an honor to attend her public performances.

March 29, 2014We have been fortunate to have Lacy Green perform at The Outpost Pavilion in Tellico Plains, Tn on several occassions.
She is personable....an outstanding musician and a natural born show person. Lacy has a terrific following and a personality that is both genuine and charismatic to people of any age group.
We will have her back in 2014 and beyond if we can. My only regret in making this endorsement is it may make it more difficult to book her.

Lacy Green began her musical journey at the age of 13, while growing up in the foothills of North Carolina. The singer-songwriter is now based in Nashville, Tennessee where her soulful vocals and thoughtful lyrics have helped her land a publishing deal and have resulted in over 30 of her songs being recorded by other artists. Lacy has also written for film and television and has performed on some of Nashville's most iconic stages, including CMA Fest, The Bluebird Cafe, and Music City Roots.
In addition to her solo work, Lacy is the lead vocalist of the roots-rock band, The Wonderful Nobodies. Their second album, MORE, and Lacy's solo albums are available on all digital platforms. Lacy is also actively involved in the Nashville Songwriters Association, where she serves as a mentor and advocate for other songwriters.

Some of my influences are The Band, New Grass Revival, The Dixie Chicks, Patty Griffin, Ryan Adams, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, Van Morrison, Steve Earle, and Motown!
If the venue does not provide sound or lighting, I have my own set up that can be used.
