"My introduction to the Culinary industry in 1998 was through Krazy Jim's Blimpy Burger(Diners, Drive-ins & Dives, Man vs Food), a University of Michigan student staple. Here the demanding, fast paced, adrenaline riddled atmosphere was also filled with artistic freedom and expression. The latter factors touched a nerve that still vibrates within.
