Small town childhood, began music lessons at 4 years old. Played several different instruments during youth. Settled on guitar and began playing professionally as a teen. Led or played in bands based out of the Portland, OR area during the 70s & 80s. Studied guitar with Larry Adair, Marv Lundblade and John Stowell. Added solo and duo performance mid - 80s. Extensive casuals experience since around that same time. Lived in the Columbia Gorge/Hood River area from 2011 to 2020. Moved to Vancouver, WA/Clark County area 2020.
