Kimestre

Kimberly "Kimestre" Sims was designed for a greater purpose. The Chicago, IL native artist/songwriter is anointed, appointed and chosen by God. Kimestre' began singing in church with family at the age of 10 and started writing songs when she was 12 years old. Kimestre’ begin singing at New Day Missionary Baptist Church on Chicago west side where her family is still lifting up the name of Jesus Christ. Kimestre’ has offered her voice to many ensembles and choirs but knew that God was calling her to a higher calling that would reach the nation and build his kingdom. She knew early on in her teenage years who God had called her to be and decided to live her dream early on but life's trials and tribulations caused her to walk away from what God had petitioned her to do. Today, Kimestre' is actively working on her debut CD entitled "Back On Track". This project is guaranteed to minister to the broken-hearted, and save someone whose lost the way. This project deals with real life issues of love, hurt and restoration that only God can give. Not only is Kimestre' called to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ, she's one of the chosen ones.
