Kimberly Spidle is a speaker, coach, and change catalyst with 30 years of experience across communication, strategy, and entrepreneurship. She is the founder of I Hear That Girl!, a media and personal development platform for women navigating life transitions, and of Creative Catalyst Consulting. She is also the creator and host of The Dope Black Chick Podcast, where she explores identity, relationships, careers, and personal growth for Black women over 40.
