As a Hall of Fame Collegiate Volleyball player, Kim Pruitt, is a sought after professional speaker on how to become a champion in business and life utilizing the same principles used to excel in athletics.

Achieving Team Captain as a Freshman in Division 1 collegiate volleyball, Kim was later named the Conference MVP, and selected for the Academic All-American team, as well as being named Female Athlete of the Year and Female Scholar Athlete of the Year. Kim was a nominee for Woman of the Year in 1998. In 2007, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Kim takes her experiences from the court to the stage sharing leadership skills, communication know-how and team building techniques in a dynamic and motivational way.

Kim recently was awarded the International Golden Rule award naming her a Goodwill Ambassador of Human Rights and the Life of Honor award.

Kim is a Founding Member of the John Maxwell Team of speakers, and is a Leadership trainer for Equip International and LaRed Business International. Kim currently serves on the Palm Beach Leadership Council partnering with the World Leaders Group. Kim has served on the Board of Directors for Impact Leadership Network and is a member of the Leadership Honor Society.

Kim’s first book, The Champion Method for Leaders is due out beginning of 2015 and is expected to be a best-seller.
