We had Bill playing at our wedding and it was absolutely the best addition to our special day! All of our guests were thoroughly impressed by his talent and kept talking about him even the day after. He has a diverse song list that also includes new, recent music. His sound is also excellent and amplified throughout our reception. I would recommend him to anyone!

December 5, 2023excellence and talent
We were very lucky to find Bill. He is such a polite, friendly person, and a very talented musician. Bill played his sax for about three hours for our event, and all our guests loved him and his music.
Bill arrived early at the venue to setup his equipment etc. I love the fact that he was flexible and able to change his musical setup around in order to accommodate our last minute request. He was also extremely accommodating and was willing to stay longer than his allotted time if needed. Bill’s playlist is excellent, plus he’s happy to play songs that hold significance and are important to one.
all in all, we had an outstanding experience with Bill, and recommend him highly to anyone looking for excellent entertainment.

When we started planning our wedding I knew right away I wanted to involve Bill in our special day one way or another. I have seen his performances and was blown away by his talent. When we first met with Bill we immediately connected with his vibe. He is the definition of cool, funky, fun, and also extremely professional. He entertained our guests between the ceremony and reception with groovy tunes from classic soul and R&B hits to pop favorites. He was able to read the crowd and our guests loved him! My favorite part of the night was when he jammed with our wedding DJ in a total improv moment that got everyone on the dance floor and took the party to a whole new level. I can’t thank Bill enough for those memories that our friends still rave about today.

What to expect
Please check out my videos if you’d like to be serenaded!
I play smooth jazz instrumentals of classic and modern R&B and pop, (and classic jazz too).
I've toured nationally (by land and sea), and performed for events like:
Silent Auctions, Weddings, Corporate Events, The U.S. Military, Fundraisers, Galas, Holiday Parties, Private Events, Sporting Events, Engagement Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Valentine's Day, and others.
I studied music and performed in various ensembles at Indiana University, with a BA degree in Telecommunications, and a Minor in Music. I've also opened for (and occasionally shared the stage with) legendary national touring artists.
I am grateful and incredibly fortunate to do this for a living! I treat every event with the same level of professionalism.
What you can expect: A seamless, professional, and inspired performance from start to finish.
You should hire me if: You want a soundtrack with elegance and soul.
What I provide: Most (or all) of my own live sound gear, flexibility to work with your schedule, and positivity.
About
Raised in Anchorage, Alaska from the age of 3, Bill began playing the saxophone in grade school and decided never to stop. After graduating from Indiana University, Bill moved to Atlanta, where he sat in at local jam sessions, eventually picking up a touring gig as a member of the Platinum Soul Band with the Universoul Circus. Bill then moved to NYC, where he became a fixture on the village r&b scene. While sitting in with The Black Soul Experience at Manhattan's Club Groove, frontman Antwon Robinson shouted impromptu "Kill Bill!," and the name stuck.
In 2017, Bill joined the B.B. King’s All-Stars Band, touring the Caribbean and Central America aboard Holland America cruise line. Bill has been recording for and working with various producers, and is recording his debut album. He has opened for Gerald Albright & Regina Belle, Al B. Sure!, Keith Washington, Peter White & Josh Vietti, and Ace Metaphor.
Additional booking notes
A floor footprint of roughly 6' x 6'
1) 6' x 30" table, 48" tall
1) An electrical outlet nearby that can handle at least one 1000 Watt PA/Amp, and some peripherals.
If you have on-site audio gear, I can help evaluate how well it will work with my show.
I am also able to perform wirelessly, walking through the crowd with this same set-up. I provide my own in-ears monitor system, so no speaker monitors are needed.
I usually run my own sound, but certainly appreciate working with a good sound engineer!
