Key McKay is a Business Development Strategist, Certified Leadership Consultant, and TEDx Speaker with over a decade of experience helping business leaders and teams grow through purpose driven strategy, systems, and performance. She is known for delivering high energy, transformational presentations that leave audiences inspired and equipped with actionable tools to create real results.

Key has trained hundreds of professionals and led workshops for businesses, nonprofits, and organizations across the Southeast. Her signature presentation, How to Build a High-Performing Sales Ecosystem, focuses on team development, culture, communication, and client retention empowering teams to build trust-based ecosystems that generate referrals, improve collaboration, and drive revenue.

In her current role with the Better Business Bureau Serving Southeast Florida and the Caribbean, she oversees strategic partnerships and educates business owners and consumers through workshops and presentations. HDMI or USB connection for laptop (if Key is providing slides)

Elevated stage or platform (if audience exceeds 50 people)
Podium or small table for materials (optional).
