I am a university professor with a passion for helping individuals and organizations discover how they can create sustainable models of positive change in the world. My writings and presentations focus on the areas of calling, and non-profit organizations/social enterprises. I have published a textbook on social entrepreneurship and I am CEO of a coaching/consulting company for social entrepreneurs and non-profits.
Kevin spoke to our students last Monday and was very engaging with our students. With great interaction and expertise on the topic, I would highly recommend him. The lesson was smooth and students were engaged the whole time. Students wanted to learn more and figure out how to incorporate this more into their businesses.
Response from Kevin L. Rawls, PhD:
Really enjoyed getting to chat with the students. Thanks for the invite!

What to Expect
As a university professor I am naturally inclined to a teaching style of presentation. However, I believe that any presentation is a dialogue between the speaker and the audience, so I look for ways to create engagement and to see the audience as an active participant in the presentation.
You can expect to be challenged to think in new ways and to walk away from the presentation with ideas and concepts that can be employed in your everyday life.
I'm Kevin, and I have a passion to help individuals understand and live out their calling in the world. I hold a master's in religion, an MBA, and a PhD in business. I've spent years writing and teaching on the areas of worldview and social entrepreneurship. I've recently published a textbook on social entrepreneurship and am working on finishing a book on worldview.
I believe that each person has unique gifts and talents that can make a difference in the world. When we can understand and leverage those gifts for the benefit of others we can make ourselves, and society, better.
