Depends on the topic requested but, for the most part, expect someone who’s not afraid to get down in the trenches to meet you where you are; someone who’s raw and gritty in examining her own heart; someone whose purpose every day is to love others the way God loves me, unconditionally.

Hi, I’m Kenyon Delk, co-captain of our blended family of nine (Mom&Dad+7 kids)! Our sons are 36 and 26, and our daughters are 24, 18, 18, 15 and 15. Yes, there is an over-abundance of estrogen in our household (poor Dad)! Also, three European Maine Coons (house lions) rule our home, along with our sweet rescue, a long-haired Russian Blue/Maine Coon mix.

I’ve worked 20+ years in several areas of communications and entertainment: marketing, PR, social media, advertising, producing, directing, editing and writing. I also still enjoy stage, voice and broadcast acting, public speaking and storytelling.

Life’s challenges have provided a rich, multifaceted substance to my work. Topics I can speak to include:
1. abandonment/daddy issues
2. mental + emotional abuse
3. a birthmom’s perspective on adoption, grief, loss & reunion
4. surviving sexual assault
5. church wounds
6. abortion (grief, loss, guilt)
7. depression, anxiety, suicidal attempts and ideations
8. divorce - drug/alcohol/porn addictions, coupled with emotional & physical abuse
9. “co-parenting” with an addict
10. connecting with bio-dad & his “family” (pain + healing)
11. 13 yrs as a single mom of 3
12. remarriage + 3 bonus daughters, and (oh, yeah) his cuckoo-for-cocoa-puffs ex 🤪
13. losing two years of my daughter’s teenage years to parental alienation, then finding our way back to each other
14. discovering my forever husband’s secret, lifelong sexual brokenness/addiction that easily could have destroyed our marriage; HOWEVER…
15. by God’s grace, and lots of our own hard work, our marriage is stronger than either of us could have dreamed, AND…
16. we’re still creating beautiful mentorships, a life group and ministry that’s helping save other marriages 🙏🏻
17. multiple lumbar surgeries (2 fusions), infusions, autoimmune disease, chronic pain, fatigue & migraines, getting OLD!
18. our aging parents
19. Did I even mention MENOPAUSE?!?! Will it ever end? 🥵
20. Oh, and we look forward to becoming Gigi & Pops in a few years, we hope! ❤️
