After years of going through life's trials and tribulations, I was confused and afraid to be upfront about my struggles. Like most people I have endured much pain ranging from being homeless for 2 years to enduring the loss of a parent. After suffering through one of the most life changing storms of my life in 2016, I knew I had to do something more. With the amount of people that knew me and watched my proverbial "fall from grace", it became clear to me that something needed to be done.

In September 2017 I self-published my first book; Comeback Season, the Untapped Art of Mastering Your Resilience. The book is simultaneously an autobiographical and self help experience designed to empower ALL people to embrace their negative times while providing tools that will surely commence a comeback season.
From my story, I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I motivate through word how I found my smile which opened the door for many other positive things in my life.
