- Sessions are adaptable for groups of 10–200 participants.

- Requires indoor space with adequate seating and visibility.

- Sound/PA system and microphones recommended for groups larger than 20; can adapt to smaller spaces without amplification.

- Optional use of projector or screen for slides.

- Setup time: 15–30 minutes; breakdown: 10–15 minutes.

- I provide all materials for interactive activities; organizers should provide any event-specific handouts if needed.

- Flexible with scheduling and can adapt session length to fit your event.

- Open to collaboration with co-speakers or panelists when relevant.
