Your group will show up, roll out their mats, and leave feeling genuinely better than when they arrived: looser, calmer, and more connected to each other. That's the goal every time.

I read the room. If the energy is high and playful, we move. If people are stressed or tired, we slow it down and breathe. Every session is guided, hands-on, and fully tailored to the group, no one-size-fits-all sequencing.

Here's what's typically included:
• A welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere that works for all levels
• A structured but flexible flow based on your group's needs and intentions
• Breathwork and mindfulness woven throughout
• A grounding closing meditation and/or Savasana to seal the practice
• All verbal cueing and hands-on guidance as needed

I come to you and all I need is a flat space big enough for mats. I don't usually offer mats and props, but I can help coordinate if needed. Whether it's a bachelorette party, a company wellness day, a birthday, or a private retreat I make it easy, memorable, and worth every minute.

I'm a yoga and meditation instructor based in Costa Mesa, California with over 8 years of teaching experience. I believe yoga is for everybody, not just the flexible, the fit, or the spiritually inclined. I started teaching because I wanted more people to experience what a consistent practice can do.

I teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation, and I bring that same energy to every event, private session, and corporate class I lead. My style blends playfulness with intention. My classes are energizing and grounding at the same time, and I tailor every session to the group in front of me.

I'm available throughout Orange County and Los Angeles for bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, corporate wellness events, retreats, and private sessions. No two classes are the same, and I genuinely love creating experiences that leave people feeling more like themselves than when they walked in.

A portion of all proceeds is donated to charities and organizations I actively support so every booking gives back.

Yoga is pretty low-maintenance as far as events go. Here's what I need to make it work:

Space: A flat, open area large enough to accommodate yoga mats for each participant. A general rule of thumb is about 21 square feet per person (roughly 6x6 feet). Grass, hardwood, carpet, and concrete all work, outdoors or indoors.

Music: I provide my own curated playlists. A Bluetooth speaker is preferred. I can bring one if needed, just let me know in advance.

Mats & Props: Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat. If mat or prop rentals are needed, I can help coordinate that with advance notice just mention it when booking.

No staging or lighting required. All I need is enough natural or ambient light to see the group clearly.

Setup time: Please allow 15 minutes before the session start time for me to arrive, set up, and get settled.
