Kaylah Zuli

Zuli is an award winning dancer and a dedicated artist living and creating in Austin, Texas. She has been a lover of movement her entire life and holds a BFA in Dance from Texas State University. Her style is a culmination of years of intensive training in the arts of Fire and Fusion Belly Dance, as well as intensive academic study of classical and modern technique. She has been gracing the stage with her passion for movement flow for over 20 years, and has had the honor of sharing the stage and the moment with amazing musical artists from all over the world. Zuli was a member of a folkloric belly dance troupe, and performed for a decade at renaissance festivals. She was co-founder, co-director, and choreographer for Texas’ first ever Fire conclave to audition and perform at burning man, and has since created a conclave team that she directs solo, called Aruna Fire Arts. She is also dance instructor at Austin Community College.

For Fire performances I will need a minimum of a 5x5 space but prefer 10 x 10 or larger that is clear of overhanging decor. I will also need an additional space that is away from the performance area to store fuel and additional props. Both spaces will need to be clear of direct traffic of patrons or guests.
