For each event, Kathryn will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes in advance so she is set up and ready to begin on time. During events, she offers a menu of designs to choose from. Guests are welcome to request other options, but designs are limited to what stencils she has on hand.

When planning the amount of time you'll need an airbrush artist, keep in mind that Kathryn can complete approximately 20 to 25 designs per hour, depending on the designs guests choose. If your event will be high volume, please let her know in advance so she can prepare adequately.

Kathryn does not airbrush children under the age of one years old. Also for safety reasons, she suggests that children between the ages of one and three be airbrushed on the hands or arms rather than face, since children this age may move without warning. All children with balloons (and pets) must be supervised when balloons are present, regardless of age.

Kathryn's supplies and equipment are thoroughly cleaned between events so each client can expect a hygienic experience for his or her guests. She follows a strict well-guest policy, which means guests who have symptoms of illness or any kind cannot be airbrushed.

In order to provide a great airbrushing experience for your guests, you'll want to keep these things in mind.
1. For indoor events, please provide a well-lit, well ventilated area of about 6 x 6 feet. If you have a sturdy table set up in advance, it's helpful, but if you don't have one available, I'll provide my own.
2. I can airbrush approximately 20 designs per hour, so please take this into consideration while planning how long you'll need to keep guests from being disappointed if I run out of time.
3. For outdoor events, provide a flat, shaded area for airbrushing. Grassy areas are fine as long as the the ground is firm and not muddy or soft.
4. If outdoors, please make sure you have an inside location of 6 x 6 available in case of bad weather.
5. For indoor parties, please provide a smoke-free area to prevent the makeup and materials from absorbing the odor of smoke.
6. For indoor or outdoor event, please provide access to power.
