I always knew I was meant for a bigger life, yet at the age of 23 I found myself working extremely hard to achieve the exact life I never wanted. It was as if I was living on a constant treadmill of trying to figure out how to actually be happy and still make everyone else happy in the process. I was totally driven by what others said I should do, should enjoy, and should want for my life.

I felt like I had checked off the boxes for success I was told to and yet I found myself praying for Friday, dreading Monday, and just existing in-between. I knew if I continued this path I would never be fulfilled, so instead I embarked on a journey of self-discovery to truly find myself, my passion, and my true path for life.

Letting go of my fears and making big changes in life was anything but easy, but I knew I had to do it. I didn't want to waste any more of my precious time (tomorrow is not guaranteed!) living a life I wasn't meant for.

Along my journey I discovered life coaching and from the first moment I heard that phrase I knew it was what I was meant to do. At the age of 25, I jumped into an intensive life coaching program and never looked back. With three professional coaching certifications now completed, a Master of Science degree, the utilization of 6+ proven and reliable programs with over 40 years of research backing them, and years of experience helping clients transform their lives - I am on a mission to create a generation never looking back on life with regret or wondering what if.

Kassy has given presentations both with high technology and very little. A clip on microphone is preferred to give the best speaking experience for the audience. A powerpoint presentation, including videos, often is included with Kassy's presentations but not required. Kassy is comfortable speaking on a large stage to 1,000 people or a small room with no technology to 5 people.
