I Love playing the Harp for Weddings and Cocktail hours along with Bridal/Baby Showers, Memorial Services, Church teas, Anniversary/Birthday Dinners, Corporate Dinners and Nursing Homes!
I have been playing the Harp since I was 13 years old. I teach Harp and Piano Lessons in my home studio.

Karen Svanoe, played her heart out for my wedding. I’ve heard nothing but great things from my family and guests. Although, we spoke over the phone a few times prior to the wedding. I never actually saw Karen the harpist. I heard her playing vaguely during the ceremony. But there was so much going on; it’s a blur. What to expect
This most certainly depends on the venue for which I am playing. I try to accomodate the requests of the purchaser. I am professional in appearance, time schedules, and am very friendly and easy to work with.
About
I have been playing the harp since I was thirteen years old. I have taught harp at Terra State College in Fremont, OH but I presently teach at my home studio. I have played in the past for Sunday Brunches at the Sawmill Creek Lodge, Sheraton Inn, Sandusky Yacht Club, Plumbrook Country Club and for many programs, open houses, corporate events, teas and dinners throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky Minnesota and South Dakota. I have
released nine recordings.
I am a member of the American Harp Society. I was also inducted into the Fremont Ross High Music hall of Fame in 2001.
I play Love Songs, Traditional Songs, Sacred, Pop, Show tunes, Oldies but Goodies and light classical music.

For weddings some of my songs are: Canon in D, Trumpet Voluntary, Ode to Joy, Wind Beneath my Wings, Unchained Melody, Endless Love etc
I try to play for the audience. If it is an older group, such as a health care center, I play songs from their era. Try to do some, "Take me out to the Ballgame", Let me call you Sweetheart" etc. If I am playing for a middle age group I play a lot of show tunes, or songs like "All I ask of You", "You Light up my Life", Somewhere over the Rainbow, Edelweiss, etc. I also play some songs such as "All of me Loves all of you", a little Taylor Swift,” Perfect”
For church groups, I play sacred music, such as "How Great Thou Art.", The Old Rugged Cross, What a Friend We have in Jesus etc.
