My setup is simple and stress-free. Here’s what I need to deliver an exceptional experience for your audience:
- A handheld or lapel microphone (preferably wireless)
- Sound system compatible with the microphone
- Projector and screen
- A laptop connected to the projector and sound system (I bring my presentation on a USB drive—please ensure the venue laptop is ready to go and can play video with sound through the house speakers)
- A small table or podium for notes and water

Optional but appreciated:
- A confidence monitor or ability to view slides from the stage
- A clicker/remote to advance slides
- A bottle of water (hydration = fire delivery!)

No complex setup needed—just a reliable A/V team and a room full of people ready to be inspired.
